We cut stainless steel 3t using laser processing, and we also perform bending with a bender, welding, and assembly of components such as bearings.

At Horiuchi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we primarily focus on various machining processes using equipment such as NC turret punch presses, NC milling machines, CNC lathes, laser processing machines, and NC benders. We handle exterior parts for small transformers, other metal press products, sheet metal processing, precision machining, lighting equipment parts, architectural hardware, and machine assembly. Additionally, with the introduction of the Amada fiber laser processing machine (ENSIS 3015 AJ), we are now able to process materials such as copper, brass, and aluminum, which we previously found challenging. [Processing Example] We cut 3mm stainless steel using laser processing, followed by bending with a bender, welding, and assembly of components such as bearings. There are 30 to 50 variations in size, with prices ranging from a few dozen yen to several thousand yen.
